Through Meditation:

  • Learn how to bring your body into a deep state of relaxation using the ancient form of Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep)
  • Learn to connect with all levels of body, mind and soul to Spring Clean any old thoughts, patterns and invite in some new ones.
  • Learn to connect and listen to the energy within your own body
  • Learn to live with compassion for yourself and others
  • Learn to chant sacred sounds to awaken energy centres in the body
  • Learn to integrate and use this knowledge to begin / or deepen your own meditation practice at home
