Danú Yoga Centre offers a calm, warm space to Breathe, Move and Transform through the practice of Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga. Each class is small - creating an intimate and safe space for individual attention and development of personal posture and alignment.

Whether you are looking for deep relaxation, stress reduction or spiritual transformation then Yoga has something to offer you. It is simple to learn, easy to practice and a tool that you can use throughout your lifetime.

Yoga treats the person as a whole using postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation. Through Yoga the body, mind, emotions and spirit are positively affected and uplifted.

Through the practice of Yoga you can learn to:

A more conscious and sensitive awareness of what the body is actually asking for can be developed with practice over time. Yoga, meditation, mindfulness and actively listening to your body will create a capacity of inner knowing, confidence and self-esteem.

In Danú Yoga Centre I teach Hatha Yoga with a focus on breathing and bringing awareness to the energy in the body to help relieve stress. I work with awareness through the Chakras (energy centres in the body), also posture awareness, toning and strengthening the body, increasing flexibility and bringing strength into your core.

I believe in fulfilling the highest level of my soul's potential in this lifetime and I know that this is possible through Yoga, Meditation and also through Reiki. It is my wish to assist others on their journey.
